Taiji Body & Posture Requirements:
虚灵顶劲,气沉丹田,含胸拔背,松腹敛臀,
圆裆松胯,沉肩坠肘,舒指坐腕,尾闾中正。

Head pushing up slightly
虚灵顶劲

Qi sinking into Dan Tian (Lower abdomen)
气沉丹田

Slightly hollowing the chest , elongating the back
含胸拔背

Relax the abdomen and slightly subdue the backsides
松腹敛
Rounded crotch area, relax the pelvis
圆裆松胯

Sinking shoulders, lowered elbow
沉肩坠

Extend the fingers, slightly set wrists
舒指坐腕

Centralized the tail bone
尾闾中正
